Nice People

While I was doing some rare technical support this morning I had to interact with a rather nice and mostly computer literate woman. Later, there were continuing problems and we solved them, stuff that was obvious to someone like me, but was missed by this lady. I don't know why I started thinking along these lines but it dawned on me that no one hates or dislikes nice people. Sure, it can be annoying and even frustrating to explain things to a person more than once, but when those people are nice, it is hard to not like them. This is something I need to think on some more, and something I definitely want to make sure I emulate.
